UFC 224 takes place this Saturday night in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil at the Jeunesse Arena. The main event will feature Amanda Nunes vs Raquel Pennington for the bantamweight title in the women's division. Nunes will be defending her belt for the third time and will look to stay on track with her dominant run so far. Nunes is the first female Brazilian champion in the UFC and will be defending her belt for the first time in Brazil. Nunes is a massive favorite so Pennington will have her work cut out for her. The co-main event is Jacare Souza versus Kelvin Gastelum. Jacare is yet another big match up for Gastelum. Both fighters will look to get in the win column and stay on track. In my opinion the real main event is Jacare vs Gastelum because it's a lot closer fight than the main event and could potentially be a lot more exciting to watch. The card also features Lyoto Machida versus Vitor Belfort. This is Belfort last fight in the UFC or so he says. Should be entertaining to see two legends in Machida and Belfort trying to knock one of each other out. Mackenzie Dern makes her return to the octagon for her second fight in the UFC versus Amanda Cooper. Dern is very raw still but has a lot of potential so only time will tell where she goes from here.

Most of the books whether it's European, Offshore and Las Vegas are usually in the same ball park. Vegas really has a stance on this card by opening higher than most with the fighters who are the favorite. The books do have varying opinions and there's value always to be found at the openers especially with fighters you think that should be favorites.
