Islam Makhachev (-455) T.J. Dillashaw (-115)   - (+128)

T.J. Dillashaw vs. Cody Garbrandt (UFC 227: Dillashaw vs. Garbrandt 2)
Kajan Johnson vs. Islam Makhachev (UFC on Fox: Alvarez vs. Poirier 2)

Breakdown

Kajan Johnson vs. Islam Makhachev

Makhachev (15-1) is 26 and he’s 4-1 in the UFC. The Russian has won three straight fights including a knockout over Gleison Tibau in his last fight. Johnson (23-12-1) is 34 and he’s 4-1 in the UFC. The Canadian has won four straight fights including some big upsets in that stretch. However, we can’t forget this is a guy who has suffered a number of knockout losses in his career. I know Johnson has been on a nice win streak but I think Makhachev is the far superior mixed martial artist and he should be able to finish this fight.

T.J. Dillashaw vs. Cody Garbrandt

Dillashaw (15-3) is 32 and he’s 11-3 in the UFC. He has won three-straight fights and knocked out Garbrandt at UFC 217 to win back his bantamweight belt. Garbrandt (11-1) is 27 and he’s 6-1 in the UFC. He has won six-straight fights to begin his UFC career until getting caught and knocked out by Dillashaw in his last fight. Both fighters understand the stakes and I expect a more cautious approach in the UFC 227 main event. Garbrandt’s aggressiveness will cost him as he will be exposed on the counter.

Demetrious Johnson vs. Henry Cejudo

Demetrious Johnson (27-2-1) is 31 and he’s 15-1-1 in the UFC. The American is one of the greatest pound-for-pound fighters in the world today and he is currently riding a 14-fight unbeaten streak. Cejudo (12-2) is 31 and he’s 6-2 in the UFC. He is coming off of two straight wins over Sergio Pettis and Wilson Reis. These two previously fought, with Johnson knocking out Cejudo in the first round at UFC 197. Although Cejudo has improved, so has Johnson. We've already seen this fight once and like the main event, there's no reason to think the rematch is going to go any differently this time around.

Henry Cejudo defeats Demetrious Johnson via Decision (split) (48-47, 47-48, 48-47).

The fight was very was close but Cejudo was the more physical man and size is always tough bet to bet against. Cejudo had enough top control and times of aggression to shade the judges to give him the victory.
