UFC 222: Opening Odds

UFC 222 full lineup of opening odds for Europe, Offshore, and Las Vegas.

UFC 222 takes place this Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada at the T-Mobile Arena. The main event will feature Cris Cyborg versus Yana Kunitskaya in a featherweight championship fight. Like usual Cyborg is a big favorite in her fights and it's not if she unloads the heavy artillery it's when she does. The only thing that matters is if Kunitskaya can makes this fight interesting somewhat. Most likely Cyborg dominates. In the co-main event we have Frankie Edgar taking on Brian Ortega. Ortega is a rising prospect with really good grappling skills. I don't think people have noticed that Ortega has finished all of his opponents but now he faces Edgar who is the biggest step up in his career and happens to be a very good well rounded fighter. Edgar versus Ortega is a interesting match up to pay attention to. Also on the card is Sean O'Malley who is a wild striker to watch, emerging bantamweight Ketlen Vieira, and highly touted Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world champion Mackenzie Dern.

UFC betting odds normally hit offshore first in Europe than other offshore books post their odds and than Las Vegas is the last one to show their odds.

Most of the books whether it's European, Offshore and Las Vegas are usually in the same ball park. Vegas really has a stance on this card by opening higher than most with the fighters who are the favorite. The books do have varying opinions and there's value always to be found at the openers especially with fighters you think that should be favorites.
